Shipping policy
Free delivery on every order – UK and worldwide.
Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days
Christmas: for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by 10 December (UK) or 1 December (international). We can't guarantee delivery dates, especially during busy periods.
Customs and duties: orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.
Address: please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
Lost or late parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 working days, email us and we'll chase the courier. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced free if lost, damaged or stolen (see Refund policy).
