Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your TLH SiteDry Pro, email tradelinkhomes@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Send it back in its original packaging and we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving it. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay the return postage.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.
Extended TLH Warranty (£4 add-on)
If you bought the Extended TLH Warranty, your SiteDry Pro is covered for 12 months from delivery. If it stops working through normal use in that time, email us with your order number and a short description or video of the fault and we'll send a free replacement. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear on FreshCore cartridges or spray. The £4 is refundable within 30 days if you return the dryer.
Shipping Protection (£2.99 add-on)
If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen after the courier marks it delivered, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We'll send a free replacement of the protected items. For a stolen parcel we may ask for a short description of what happened. Shipping Protection is optional and is never added for you.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. UK customers can also cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
